Shift; Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm

Location; Oakham, Rutland

Our client, a leading Distribution company based in Rutland are seeking a Warehouse Administrator to join their established team. This is an exciting opportunity to secure a role within a progressive company. The successful candidate will be an integral part of the warehouse team, providing support to ensure targets are excelled.

The Role;

• Customer service - answering all incoming calls and directing accordingly
• Customer resolution - effectively dealing with all enquiries
• To generate customer orders and paperwork
• Upload orders using the warehouse system
• Liaise with Warehouse Supervisors and Operatives to ensure orders are received and processed within deadlines
• Build relationships with customers to maximise service
• To ensure all accounts are updated and ready for invoicing
• Assist with any other administration duties that the business requires

Our Ideal Candidate;

• Proficient in all Microsoft packages
• Personable, reliable, approachable, flexible, determined and ambitious
• Excellent attention to detail
• Willing to work using own initiative however also able to work under instruction
• Previous warehouse experience would be advantageous
