Some famous faces have shown support of Oakham Pride 2023.

The West End cast of Heathers: The Musical have shared their support for Oakham Pride in a video shared on social media:

This is particularly poignant as the musical is incredibly supportive of the LGBTQ+ community - containing songs such as 'I Love My Dead Gay Son' - as well as the cast being made up of many LGBTQ+ individuals.

Oakham's first ever Pride took place in the heart of Oakham on 25 June 2022, and received similar support from both locals and famous faces from the industry, including Bat Out of Hell's Rob Fowler:

Oakham Pride will be taking place once again in Oakham this year, with the date confirmed as 17 June 2023.

The group are also hosting a Masquerade Ball in May to raise funds. Find out more and get tickets here.

Oakham Pride will once again be taking place at Oakham's Cutts Close, and all are encouraged to join the festivities.
