The dream event for gardeners or those with green fingers, the annual Seed Swap at Oakham Castle will see locals claiming free seeds for their flower and veg beds, and meeting to swap seeds and share stories.

The event will run from 11am until 1pm on Saturday the 12th of February.

Free seeds - grab yourself some freebies whilst stocks last!

Exchange seeds - bring along your surplus or unwanted seeds to swap.

Gardening advice - meet garden volunteers from the Sensory Garden at Oakham Castle and Root & Branch Out.

All welcome!

Free entry to Castle.

Enjoy a coffee and cake in the Cottage Castle Café.

Parking permits must be collected from reception and displayed in the vehicle. Oakham Castle has 8 spaces providing 2 hrs free parking, so the less mobile are advised to arrive in good time. There are other 1 or 2 hour parking spaces in and around Oakham town.
