Description

The Senior Accounts Assistant will:

  • Process invoices, payments, and receipts accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Perform bank reconciliations.
  • Assist with the preparation of monthly financial reports and statements.
  • Support payroll processes and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Monitor and manage accounts payable and receivable.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to improve and streamline procedures.
  • Respond to financial queries and provide support to internal stakeholders.
  • Any ad hoc finance duties as requested by the Finance Manager

Profile

A successful Senior Accounts Assistant will have:

  • Demonstrated experience working in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • An understanding of financial processes and reporting requirements.
  • The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
