The Role

As Head Ranger, you'll be the energetic, confident lead on site during weekend sessions. You'll welcome players, deliver mission briefings, oversee safety, coordinate game flow and ensure every group leaves buzzing about their experience. You'll set the tone for the day - professional, organised and full of positive energy, while keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and host laser tag sessions with confidence and enthusiasm
• Deliver clear briefings and ensure all players follow procedures
• Manage game flow, timings and equipment checks
• Supervise and support other Rangers on shift
• Provide outstanding customer service to players and spectators
• Maintain high standards of presentation, safety and professionalism
• Assist with set-up and pack-down of equipment

What We're Looking For

• Confident leading groups of mixed ages (6+ to adults)
• Brilliant communicator with a natural presence
• Positive, high-energy personality
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Comfortable working outdoors in all British weather
• Organised and calm under pressure
• 18 yrs+
• Weekend availability throughout the season
• Experience in coaching, teaching, outdoor activity leadership, events or customer-facing roles would be an advantage - but personality and attitude are just as important.
