Job Title: Reach Forklift Driver

Location: Leicestershire, LE15

Shift: 8am - 4:30pm Mon - Fri (40 hours per week)

Pay Rate: 13.50 - 14 per hour

Benefits: Annual Profitability bonus scheme (up to 7% of salary) subject to company performance results + 20 days holiday plus 8 public holidays (increasing 1 day per year of service to max of 25 days) + 4 x salary Death in service benefit + 5% employer contribution to personal pension scheme

The Reach Forklift Driver Role:

• Operate forklift,
• Handling and delivery of components/parts to production assembly lines
• Physical preparation and packing of customer orders,
• Stock Maintenance assistance,
• Loading/unloading lorries,
• Highlighting issues/risks with warehouse/forklift systems/processes and propose remedial action/resolutions for discussion/agreement.
• Support in Despatch processes
• Correct/Safe storage of machines and goods, ensuring Safe Working Loads (SWL) are not exceeded

The Candidate:

• Valid ITTSAR accredit Reach truck license.
• Good experience of stock control dispatch processes
• Experience of SAP system desirable
• Understanding of inventory performance KPIs
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills
• A problem solver and team player, also able to use initiative
• Good computer skills and proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Good work ethic
• Excels at operating at a fast pace
• Flexible, able to work additional hours as and when required which may require occasional weekends
