Rumble Live Action Gaming, a Rutland-based family business running outdoor laser tag at Rutland and Grafham Water, has won twice at the 2025 Peterborough Small Business Awards on Saturday 4th October.
The Rumble family won 'Family Run Business of the Year' and the 'Innovation Award,' celebrating their creativity, resilience and passion for bringing fun, adventure and a brilliant local experience to families, schools, friend groups and corporate teams.
They were also runners up for the public vote showing their popularity and great reputation locally.

Founded in 2019 by Jacquie and Billy Rumble with their three sons Joe, Danny and Max, Rumble Live Action Gaming has two brilliant local woodland settings for tech-powered adventures and missions perfect for all ages.
Speaking about their award success, Jacquie said: 'We're absolutely thrilled and honestly still pinching ourselves! Being recognised for both family small business and innovation means the world to us because those two things are at the heart of everything we do.
'We built Rumble as a family for families and to know our creativity and community impact are being celebrated too is just incredible.'

The Innovation Award at the Peterborough Small Business Awards celebrates businesses that bring a fresh approach to their sector, highlighting Rumble's use of unique, state of the art gaming kit as well as hundreds of five star customer reviews, which impressed judges.
The Family Run Business Award acknowledges Rumble's strong family ethos, community spirit, commitment to inclusivity and customer experience. They have a history of supporting charity fundraisers, local school sports collaborations and team building days.
'We've always said we're in the business of sprinkling joy,' said Jacquie. 'This recognition feels like a massive high-five to every customer, staff member and local partner who have supported us on our mission to get people outdoors, active and laughing together.'
Rumble are holding an upcoming charity fundraiser as part of their Halloween Spooktacular, featuring special missions, bonus challenges and sweet treats.
