Diners and guests visiting Blossoms Restaurant at Rutland Hall Hotel are in for a treat as the venue – which was officially opened by Alicia Kearns MP – launches a new daytime menu. From delicious wood-fired, stone baked pizzas, to grazing boards, and the famously moreish handmade beef burger, there's something for every foodie fanatic on the menu.

With summer in full swing , the Terrace will come into its own for informal dining with stunning Rutland Water views. A newly-added wood-fired pizza oven will serve guests mouth-watering flavour combinations, including the classic Margherita, Goats Cheese & Red Onion Marmalade or Cured Prosciutto & Wild Mushroom.

New additions to the menu include grazing dishes – such as the Chilli Garlic Tiger Prawns or Sweet & Sour Cauliflower Fritter Bao Buns – and sharing boards designed for a sociable luncheon. These include an Italian Charcuterie Board, an Oakwood Fired Greek Board, and for vegetarians, there's a Grilled Vegetarian Meze Board.

Classics remain on the menu, from the deliciously juicy Handmade Beef Burger, to healthy wraps and the Croque Monsieur, as well as plentiful dessert options for those with a sweet tooth – including a nostalgic Ice Cream Sundae!

The sensational food menu is complemented with hand-picked wines, beers, hot and cold drinks from the Blossoms Bar to enjoy inside or out.

Blossoms new daytime menu is available now and is served Monday to Saturday, 12pm to 6pm.

For further information, or to make a booking at Blossoms, please vista the Rutland Hall Hotel & Spa website or call 01572 757901.
