CiCLE Classic returns to Rutland this month with new local sponsor

The Rutland – Melton International CiCLE Classic is returning on 23 April, with a new sponsor joining the team for 2023.
The Rutland – Melton International CiCLE Classic is known for its unique and challenging course that takes riders through the picturesque countryside of Rutland and Leicestershire. The 17th edition of the event is set to take place on Sunday 23 April 2023.
Sigma Sports, the UK's leading premium cycling retailer is proud to announce its three-year co-title sponsorship of the Rutland – Melton International CiCLE Classic, one of the most iconic one-day cycle races in the UK.
As part of the sponsorship, Sigma Sports is offering a special discount of 10% discount off all items purchased in the Oakham store, where the race commences from. For those keen to catch the race, the official race start will take place at 11am at Oakham Enterprise Park, passing through Langham, Barleythorpe, Cold Overton, Burton Lazars and other local villages, finishing in Melton Mowbray.
Those wanting to catch the pre-race interviews and team presentations can do so from 10:15am in Oakham Town Centre.
Marking the event, there will also be a pop up market taking place on Oakham's Mill Street from 9am until 1pm.
