The Lincolnshire and Rutland branch of the Institute of Directors (IoD) is inviting members to an annual lunch with a difference this year.

While there will still be an impressive line-up of speakers and the opportunity to network with like-minded business leaders, this year's lunch will be a virtual celebration.

However, guests will still be able to enjoy the finest Lincolnshire and Rutland produce delivered direct to their door!

Innovative food delivery company Dine will be creating a menu incorporating local produce which guests will be able to easily prepare and enjoy at home.

Guests will also hear from a trio of high-profile speakers. Air Marshal Andrew Turner, TV and film actor Colin MacFarlane and former Channel 5 Gadget Show presenter Jason Bradbury will each give their own unique perspective on what has been a very challenging year.

Chair of the Institute of Directors in Greater Lincolnshire Michelle Allison said: "Our annual IoD lunch is extremely popular and usually attracts over 130 people from across Lincolnshire and Rutland so we're hoping this year will be just as well attended.

"With high-quality, locally sourced food provided by Dine and an exciting line-up of speakers, we're looking forward to what promises to be an innovative and fun event with all of the usual opportunities to network and catch up with colleagues and fellow business people."

Every year guests are invited to make a donation towards a local charity. This year all donations will be going to the Lincolnshire Covid-19 Crisis Fund which supports people who are suffering real physical, emotional and financial hardship as a result of the coronavirus outbreak.

Tickets cost £60 for members and £75 for non-members. Tables of five, eight or ten are also available to book at a reduced price.

To secure a place, bookings must be made before November 17 via the IoD website.
