Drop-in this afternoon at Peppers in Oakham

Have you been feeling low or anxious? Have you been struggling with your mental health? Do the weekends feel lonely and long?

Pepper's- A Safe Place is opening another drop-in session for adults this afternoon 2-4pm 4th July, and every Sunday thereafter.

Everyone is welcome, they have a great team of friendly volunteers, there's no pressure, no judgements and no charge.

Pop in for a cup of tea or coffee this afternoon, chat with some friendly locals and take some time out.

Pepper's aims to provide a safe space for all, respite from mental ill health, isolation or worries and a chance to chat with others , share experience and get back into the community.
