First patient feedback session to take place at Oakham Medical Practice today

The first of a series of patent feedback sessions will be taking place at Oakham Medical Practice (OMP) today.

This morning, Monday 21 August, the team from Healthwatch Rutland and the Oakham Medical Practice Patient Participation Group will be at OMP to listen to patient feedback about the care received at the local medical centre and surgery.

It will be the first of six sessions hosted by the groups to gather feedback from users of the centre.

Sessions will take place on:

  • Monday 21 August - morning
  • Tuesday 29 August - afternoon
  • Wednesday 30 August - morning
  • Monday 4 September - afternoon
  • Wednesday 6 September - morning
  • Monday 12 September - afternoon

The team have tried to host the sessions at varied times to enable as many patients as possible to attend and feedback.

If you cannot attend, the team are running an online survey until 15 September 2023.
