Free shuttle bus running for Rutland County Show

A free shuttle bus will be running on Sunday to ship visitors in and out of the Rutland County Show.
The annual event showcases all aspects of rural life in the beautiful county of Rutland, including land farming, animal ownership, heavy horses, food and drinks, outdoor pursuits and activities, as well as local businesses, live music and much more.
The show is going ahead this weekend, Sunday 4 June, and the roads will be busy - particularly the A606 heading into the show.
As such, residents can make use of a free shuttle bus service taking users into and out of the show. This service aims at limiting traffic on the roads, and enables residents with limited access to a vehicle to attend the large annual event.
The shuttle bus runs from Uppingham to Oakham from 9am until approximately 5pm, when the show comes to a close.
