Homes in Rutland have undergone average price increase of 62% in last 10 years

The average house price of homes in Rutland have increased by 61.7% in the last 10 years, with 356 out of the 359 local authorities in the UK seeing a rise in house prices. 

In a study published by finance broker Clifton Private Finance showed that house prices in Rutland were an average of £338,285 in May 2025, compared to £209,150 in May 2015. 

This increase is significantly above the average increase of 25.98% across the whole of the UK since May 2020.

Salford saw the biggest increase in house prices in the last ten years, with a huge 99.97% increase, with Manchester and Oldham coming in second and third most increased. 

The average house price in the UK in May 2015 was £179,917 which has now increased by 49.32% to £268,652 in May 2025.
