The free "drop in" sessions from Age UK providing IT support are on hold over the festive period.

The weekly sessions, which help Rutland residents get to grips with their smartphone, tablet, I-Pad or laptop, usually take place in Tesco, and take place every Thursday from 2pm until 4pm.

The friendly 'no need to book' service is on hold while the supermarket uses the meeting space for storage on the run up to Christmas.

The team hope to return in the new year, although dates have not yet been confirmed.

Residents can access computer support at Rutland County Library, Catmos Street.

The library is open 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday, and 9am - 1pm on Saturday.
