Barratt Homes are opening their new Melton Mowbray development, King's Meadow, for perspective buyers this weekend, Saturday the 9th of April 2022.

The Leicestershire developer will deliver a collection of 199 two, three and four bedroom homes at the Kirby Lane community, with the first selection of properties being released on Saturday.

Jan Ruston, Sales Director at Barratt Homes North Midlands, said: "Melton Mowbray is a fantastic location and our new development, King's Meadow will benefit a range of homebuyers with its picturesque location and great amenities in the area.

"The homes are being expertly crafted to suit the needs of the modern-day homebuyer and, with a range of properties available, there will be something for everyone.

"We are very much looking forward to welcoming people to the development and would encourage anyone interested to register their interest to be among the first to find out about the properties available."

Development of the 18.5 acre site began in the New Year and, when the planning application was submitted, it was estimated that 15-30% of the planned housing would be 'affordable'.

The company also said that wildlife conservation measures would be implemented, including bird boxes and hedgehog highways.

Anyone interested in learning more about the properties available at King's Meadow is encouraged to book an appointment with a Sales Adviser, following the sales launch this weekend, Saturday the 9th of April 2022.

For further information and to register your interest, please call the Barratt Homes sales team on 033 3355 8472 or Barratt Homes.
