Spring is in the air in Oakham and Easter is rapidly approaching! If you're stuck on how to keep the kids' entertained this school holidays, get involved in this year's Lions Club of Rutland's annual virtual Easter Egg Hunt.

This event will take place on the 9th, 10th and 11th April between 10am to 3.30pm at Oakham Library.

Everyone's a winner with this Easter Egg hunt, with all participants being given a Creme Egg (or fruit if you prefer) before you set off on your hunt and more treats are available for the teams once they return to the library with their answer sheet.

Participants will need a mobile phone in their team, ideally with Whatsapp, for photos of the Virtual Eggs and to answer to the 20 questions. Alternatively, you can simply take photos on your phone and fill out the answers on the question sheet provided.

This activity has been organised by the Lions Club of Rutland, a brilliant local charity organisation that regularly fundraises for local good causes, and supports events like the Rutland Show, Rutland Showgrounds firework display and the annual Santa sleigh run.
