Nestled in the heart of the new build estate in Barleythorpe, {my}dentist Maresfield Road, Oakham has grown from strength to strength this year and the team are keen to let Rutland residents know that they are here to help.

Located on Maresfield Road, the practice is new and spacious and offers the full range of dental treatments at affordable prices.

{my}dentist is the UK's leading dental care provider. More than four million patients choose {my}dentist practices for their care, including people who live in Rutland.

Whether you're thinking of a smile makeover, wanting more information about treatments like dental whitening, clear aligners or Implants, or you'd simply like to maintain your dental health, the team can help you achieve the results you want.

Before treatment commences, you'll be given an individual plan containing clear pricing, and a thorough explanation of what you can expect. {my}dentist also offer payment plans, so you can stay on top of your dental health without having to worry about paying the bills.

Tina Allen, the practice manager for the {my}dentist Maresfield Oakham practice, has said: "We firmly believe that everyone deserves a great smile and should have access to the highest quality dental care. That's why we pride ourselves on offering the very best patient care at affordable prices. We also offer finance options to help spread the cost."

Once located on Burley Road, the new practice was fully kitted out in August 2022 with leading dental equipment and technology. Since then, the practice has grown with three additional surgeries, taking the total up to 7, and increasing capacity to keep up with the increasing demand from local patients.

On top of this, the practice has increased the number of treatments on offer and expanded opening times to 8am – 8pm on weekdays, meaning that you can get the care you need, as soon as you need it.

Tina Allen, Practice Manager, said: "We offer many more treatments since our relocation, including advanced care like implants which might be suitable for patients who have had a tooth extracted and be a solution for a patient wanting to avoid dentures. We've also extended our opening hours, which allows us to be there for residents when they need us.

"The building itself is also fantastic, with our dentists having access to the very best equipment and technology."

On top of this, the expansion has created 10 additional jobs.

Tina added: "We have expanded our team and we now have 29 clinicians, nurses and receptionists all working together. They are all very friendly, like a big family and that's how we are and how we like to treat our customers."

The team are also currently looking to appoint a qualified GDC registered dental nurse, to join them for 40 hours per week.

The team know that going to the dentist isn't everyone's favourite way to spend their time, but they are keen to put their customers, new and old, at ease.

At Christmas, the team opened their doors and offered free mince pies and festive goodies to allow residents to see the slick new centre.

However, it's not too late to check out the facility. Residents are welcome to pop in at any point for a chat, to enquire about services on offer and to meet the front of house staff.

The team will also be attending the Rutland Show on 4 June so that you can find out more about the services on offer, and meet the team.

Tina concluded: "Come in and have a look and meet our friendly team. We do assessment days where potential patients can come in for a chat about what we offer. If it feels right, then we can get your started."
