A Rutland-based distillery has launched three new gin flavours.
Adding to their popular range of locally crafted gins, Multum Gin Parvo has launched some thrilling new flavours to satisfy their loyal, local following of gin lovers.
Multum Gin Parvo took their name from Rutland's motto 'multum in parvo', which means much in little after the smallest county in the UK.
The team stand by this ethos, producing gin on a relatively small scale, using local ingredients in celebration of all Rutland has to offer, which certainly is much in little.
The team said: "We're passionate about Rutland and wanted to encapsulate all this small county has to offer within our selection of craft gins. Every element of what we do is inspired by this small but mighty county, from our name, which comes from the county motto Multum in Parvo or much in little, our logo, which includes the horseshoe and acorns, through to our flavours, which utilise locally sourced ingredients."
Their logo also reflects that of Rutland: the humble horseshoe, which is upside down to prevent the devil from sitting in it.
In their already established range, the team stock:
- Honey and Earl Grey Gin - which has won a great taste award!
- Sea Dragon Limited Edition Gin
- Migration Gin
- Rutland Dry Gin
- Strawberry and Lavender Gin
- Sloe Dance Gin
Now, gin drinkers can enjoy three new tipples from the independent distillers:
- Grape and Rutland Gooseberry Gin
- Devil's Nest Gin
- Rutland Marmalade Gin
Showing real attention to detail, the team have turned the horseshoe curve down on their Devil's Nest Gin, representing the "wicked side" of the chilli and nettle flavours.
They launched their three new flavours at the Burghley House Summer Fine Food Fair, and have already welcomed warm reviews for their newest additions.
