New survey wants to know if GP services in Rutland have improved
A new survey wants to know if the services provided by local doctors have improved in Rutland.
Always a key topic of conversation, GP practices in Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland have been working hard to improve aspects of their services that patients have complained about in the past.
Now, a new questionnaire will allow patients aged over 16 to share their experiences to see if those improvements really have made a difference.
Kirstie Swinfield, from the engagement and insights team at NHS Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland Integrated Care Board, said: "If you are registered with a GP practice, please complete this questionnaire.
"We appreciate that we're making a further ask of our patients, but we encourage as many people as possible to pass on this information in the survey as it really is important to share their views with us.
"Responses will be anonymous and independently analysed, with patients' insights used to help local services improve further so that they better meet local needs."
The survey can be found online.
Alternatively a questionnaire can be collected from your GP practice, or a hard copy questionnaire can be obtained by emailing: [email protected] or telephone: 0116 295 7532.
The survey can be completed online taking between five and 10 minutes to complete, and the deadline is Sunday 10 March.
