A brand new venture is heading to Oakham, and is set to open in early April.

More than just another café, Hub & Spoke is a new 'professional hub' coming to Oakham this Easter.

With an opening date of 2 April on the cards, Oakham will soon welcome a new space for local users and professionals, "whether they are on two wheels or four".

The hub, café and events space is aimed at professional individuals looking to escape the monotony of working from home, in need of a hot desk or permanent office space or organisations in need of occasional or regular meeting spaces.

On top of this, the venue promotes collaboration, private offices, a café, parking, wi-fi, event spaces and dedicated work spaces, including utilities, cleaning and more.

The team behind the new space said: "Our mission at The Hub & Spoke is to cultivate a collaborative community of entrepreneurs, innovators, and professionals, as well as cycling enthusiasts. We provide a welcoming space, complete with onsite café and office spaces, where connections are made, ideas are shared, and businesses are built. Our goal is to empower and inspire our members, providing them with the resources and support they need to succeed, whether they're on two wheels or four.

"The Hub & Spoke is a serviced office business and conferencing centre that provides a variety of business solutions to local companies, including hot desking, meeting rooms and permanent, private offices. This business also runs a café, which serves food and drink to both office users and the general public."

The venue is set to open on 2 April at the former home of Efficient Portfolios on Oakham's Melton Road.
