The North Luffenham Household Waste Recycling Centre (HWRC) has reopened today, 6 April 2023, following a closure of over 5 weeks to undertake essential works.

The tip first closed on 27 February and works were expected to take 4 weeks. While the work was undertaken, Cottesmore HWRC was open 7 days a week.

North Luffenham HWRC reopened at 10am today.

The site will be open from Tuesday to Sunday going forward, and Cottesmore HWRC will revert to its usual opening days, Friday to Monday, from Tuesday 11 April 2023.

Both sites are now operating summer opening hours, 10am to 6pm.
