Oakham is the UK's 30th sexiest place, according to a new 'sex map' created by Lovehoney.

The business, which sells adults toys, lingerie and more, has ranked all the main population centres in the UK to discover where sexual activity is highest.

But Oakham is the only listing under Rutland...sorry Uppingham.

A Lovehoney spokeswoman said: "Oakham is one the sexiest places in the UK with a big rise in sexual activity since lockdown.

"We have seen a huge surge in activity in the region as singles and couples look to escape the pressures of lockdown by experimenting more sexually.

"All our data shows that couples with great sex lives enjoy higher overall levels of happiness."

Across the rest of the country, the top ten sexiest towns and cities are:
