Oakham fire crews put out car blaze

Fire crews from Oakham attended a car fire in Cottesmore yesterday afternoon.

The call-out, involving one appliance, was around 4pm to Fernie Square.

Leicestershire Fire and Rescue said the exhaust on car had overheated and caught fire.

They used one hose reel used to extinguish.
