"Ourclient is Residential Childcare Workers carry out an essential and varied role to provide the individual, bespoke, support required by the children and young people in their care. You will chaperone the children to appointments and activities such as shopping or trips to the zoo, complete relevant paperwork, deliver personal care, undertake household tasks, and where appropriate administer medication.

Quality is always top of their agenda and they pride themself on the quality of what they do. Our client is looking for a Residential Childcare Worker, who shares their vision to build incredible futures by empowering vulnerable young people in the UK, to be happy and to make their way in the world.

Residential Childcare Worker Requirements:

Previous experience in a care setting would be great but isn't essential as full training will be given, and the right motivation, personal qualities and levels of resilience are just as important. These roles are ideal for people working in customer facing industries including retail, hospitality and leisure, looking for a new role that makes a real difference to children's lives and futures.

Already qualified to or willing to work towards your NVQ3 in Health & Social Care, you will be calm, engaging, resilient, able to work the required shifts, and be motivated to provide a safe, caring environment where every child can thrive.
