Tiago Rodrigues, a HGV driver who lives in Oakham with his wife and two children, won big on BBC show Michael McIntyre's The Wheel in an episode that aired on Saturday 9th November.

Tiago and his wife Rebecca are both huge fans of the show. Rebecca signed Tiago up to be a contestant not expecting to be chosen.

Tiago put on an impressive display of knowledge, helped by celebrity guests Anton Du Beck, Hellen Flannagan, Josie Gibson, Kiell Smith-Bynoe, Steph McGoven, Tony Bellew and Richard Osman.

On the show, McIntyre asked Tiago "if you were to win big money, what's the plan?"

Tiago responded saying: "The plan would be to go on a honeymoon [...] my choice would be Japan or New Zealand. [Rebecca] would like to go to the Maldives."
