Surgery dates have been announced by the Oakham North East Councillors from Rutland County Council.

Liberal Democrat Councillors for the Oakham North East Ward, Mark Chatfield and Hannah Edwards, have announced that they will be running monthly surgeries to enable their constituents to drop in for an informal chat and catch up about the local community.

They have encouraged residents to call in at one of the two monthly surgeries to discuss any concerns that they may have, highlight issues or good causes going on in the local area, and to touch base with the newly-elected duo.

The Oakham North East Ward councillors will be at:

  • The Wheatsheaf, Northgate, Oakham on the first Tuesday of every month from 3 - 6pm.
  • The Brook Whipper-In Hotel (currently being rebranded The George), Market Square, on the third Wednesday of every month from 7 - 9pm

These surgeries are open to all residents in Oakham North East to discuss local issues or concerns.

No appointment is necessary, so drop in and find out more.

The first surgery will take place on Tuesday 4 July from 3 - 6pm at The Wheatsheaf, Northgate, Oakham, LE15 6QS.

These surgeries join the current Oakham South surgeries that run monthly at the Whipper-In. Find out more here.
