Chris Warner, owner of Warner's Traditional Sweet Shop in Oakham, has announced that the shop will be rebranding and relocating next month.

Based in Oakham's Market Street, the shop - now to be called Warner's Sweets - has been satisfying the sweet tooth of Rutland residents since it opened in December 2021.

The shop sells sweets, treats, Rossi's ice cream straight from Essex, their own homemade fudge and much more.

The local family team have been working hard to grow the business together over the last two years, and have launched an online service, TikTok and many new products.

Now, they are getting ready for their next big business move...

Chris said: "Warners Sweets is closing its high street location on Sunday 29 October. After careful consideration the shop will be relocated at Rutland Garden Village on the Ashwell road.

"We will still be offering all your traditional favourites as well as being able to make our Warners Rutland Fudge onsite in the new shop.

"We will officially be reopening on Saturday 4 November. From then on we will be open 7 days a week once more as well as continuing with our markets and events.

"Look out for our unique Christmas products again and so new great gift ideas for the festive season."
