By Evie Payne 27th Jan 2022

Local pub, The Old Buttercross, will be hosting a recruitment day on Saturday the 29th of January from 9am until 2pm.

The Old Buttercross is one of over 1700 pubs and inns owned by Marson's Brewing Company around the UK. With upwards of 14,000 employees, the chain are looking to recruit you to join the nationwide team in their Oakham branch.

Mikayla Graves took over as general manager of the pub in December and now that the Christmas rush is over, is looking to get the pub running smoothly with a new team.

Mikayla said: "I am looking for some fabulous people to join our team. No experience in hospitality needed, just a willingness to learn and a smile!"

There are many roles on offer, both full and part-time, and with Mikayla's willingness to teach and train new staff, there certainly seems to be something for everyone at The Old Buttercross.
