A stretch of pavement on Oakham High Street will be closed off for a week as footpath works are undertaken by Rutland County Council and the highways team.

The footpath outside of Ivy & Stone and PRINK on Oakham High Street will be closed for seven days this month.

From Sunday 22 until Sunday 29 October, the pavement will be closed while works are undertaken to replace and repair flags.

It is hoped that this will prevent the area from becoming a dangerous tripping hazard.
