Rutland Childcare survey extended

Parents and carers of young children in Rutland are being given more time to complete a short survey about the county's Early Years childcare services.
The Childcare Sufficiency Assessment (CSA) plays an important role in providing Rutland County Council with vital information about childcare availability and sufficiency.
Rutland's most recent CSA report for 2018/19 found that, at the time of reporting, there was enough childcare across the County to meet the needs of parents and carers.
To make sure this remains the case, local parents and carers are being invited to share their views and concerns, and say whether the available childcare still meets their family's needs.
The CSA consultation has been extended by a week and will now run until 19 April 2019. The survey can be completed online by clicking the red button below.
Almost 200 people have taken part already.
Responses to the survey will help Rutland County Council respond to any potential issues or pressure that may be identified, and to support improvements to local childcare services.
