Rutland community Fridge are looking for feedback from users to help the team improve and tailor the local service.

Rutland Community Fridge is a community-led initiative to prevent food going to landfill.

Residents are encouraged to donate whatever they can in return for food that has reached its sell by date from local supermarkets and stores.

The Oakham Community Fridge runs from Oakham Station on a Friday from 10 - 11:30am, and the Uppingham Fridge can be found at Uppingham Town Hall from 1:30 - 3pm on Friday.

Now, the team are looking for feedback from the users of the food wastage reduction scheme to find out how they can grow to meet the needs of the local community.

A spokesperson for the organisation said: "If you have visited Rutland Community Fridges, then we would love to hear from you. Your feedback will help us to grow and change to meet the needs of our community."

You can feedback via this link.

Alternatively, head to the Root-and-Branch-Out website to find out more about the services on offer and other feedback and contribution opportunities.
