Staff from Rutland County Council have shared their stories of working at the Council as part of a new recruitment campaign.

The stories feature as case studies and through a video that is part of the Council's new recruitment portal, which has been designed to make it easier for people to 'Find Your future in Rutland'.

Councillor Oliver Hemsley, Leader of Rutland County Council, also features on the video.

He comments: "Our staff are passionate and committed and we wanted to celebrate that through our new recruitment approach, to attract equally passionate and likeminded people to our vacancies.

"I am really proud to have worked with our team to bring this to life through our Find Your Future in Rutland recruitment campaign, and would like to thank our staff for sharing their stories of working for the Council."

Rutland County Council currently employs approximately 480 people across a variety of roles ranging from administration through to social care positions.
