Rutland County Council to discuss application for 93 dwellings

On Tuesday 18 April, Rutland County Council will be discussing an application for the development of 93 dwellings in Cottesmore.

The application, which is awaiting a decision, was submitted on 19 May 2022 and includes the development of 93 dwellings, 30% of which will be affordable homes.

The development would take place on Land at Mill Lane, Cottesmore, Rutland.

The application includes associated access, drainage and green infrastructure.

If accepted, the build will include the removal of trees, additions of pedestrian routes, new access and drainage.

Rutland County Council will discuss this application at a meeting this Tuesday, 18 April. Read more here.
