Rutland County Council to discuss planning application for 20 dwellings

Today, Tuesday 18 April, Rutland County Council will be discussing an application for the development of up to 20 dwellings in Uppingham.

The application, which is awaiting a decision, was submitted on 8 March 2022 and includes the development of 20 dwellings with access, for appearance, landscaping (including open space areas), layout and scale.

If successful, the development, set to be undertaken by Avant Homes of Nottingham, would take place on Land South Of Leicester Road, Uppingham, Rutland.

Rutland County Council will discuss this application at a meeting this Tuesday, 18 April. Read more here.
