Prickleback Urchins Hedgehog Rescue invites you to a packed day of prickly activities and family fun.

Located at Ferneley's and Dairy Barn Cafe, the event will take place on Saturday 14th September between 10am and 3pm.

To keep the whole family entertained, there will be hedgehog-themed crafts and games and an adult's and children's tombola.

There is also the chance to get stuck into a round of mini golf, enjoy the play area and try out some of Ferneley's own ice cream.

The charity supports the rescue and rehabilitation of local hedgehogs as well as working to educate the public. (Photo credit: Prickled Urchin Hedgehog Rescue)

Throughout the day, the Prickleback team will be on hand to answer all your hedgehog questions and provide information about protecting hedgehogs in our communities.

Prickleback Urchins Hedgehog Rescue is a small home-based charity run by husband-and-wife team, Rachel and Jason. Their focus is to rescue and rehabilitate sick and injured hedgehogs from the local area while also promoting the education of the public about the care and protection of these incredible little creatures.

The event will run from 10am to 3pm on Saturday 14th September. (Photo credit: Prickleback Urchin Hedgehog Rescue)
