What you'll do:

As a Sales Advisor you'll engage with customers over the phone and via live chat, developing an understanding of their requirements and help them find the perfect product for their needs. You'll maximise upsell and cross sell opportunities to achieve sales targets and KPI's.

What you'll need:

Previous experience working within a sales focused environment, previous telesales experience would be an advantage.

The ability to plan and pipeline work load in order to maximise sales opportunities

Flexibility to work 2/3 days per week from home

1 weekend in 3, which would be home based working

A fully structured induction and ongoing development

Contributory Company pension scheme."
