What you'll do:

As a Sales Advisor you'll engage with customers over the phone and via live chat, developing an understanding of their requirements and help them find the perfect product for their needs. You'll maximise upsell and cross sell opportunities to achieve sales targets and KPI's.

What you'll need:

Previous experience working within a sales focused environment, previous telesales experience would be an advantage.

A natural ability to build rapport with customers and ability to understand their needs

The ability to plan and pipeline work load in order to maximise sales opportunities

Other Info:

£20k Basic + Uncapped Commission (OTE £33k)

Flexibility to work 2/3 days per week from home

Working Hours: Mon – Friday 08:30am – 5:30pm

1 weekend in 3, which would be home based working
