Rutland road closures and road works for the next seven days

The list details scheduled works - additional urgent roadworks may be necessary, for example if there is a power cut, burst water main or a gas leak.

Road closures

- Stretton Road lay-by, in Greetham - ongoing work by Rutland County Council (RCC) and expected to be in place until late-May

- Empingham Road, Ketton - ongoing work by Hansons and scheduled for completion tomorrow (25 Feb)

- Main Street, Cottesmore - ongoing work by RCC set to be completed tomorrow (25 Feb)

- Back Road, Barrowden - one-day closure on Friday (28 Feb) for RCC works

Roadworks with temporary signals

- Stamford Road Roundabout, Oakham - Severn Trent Water works due to be completed today (Mon)

- Rogues Lane, Cottesmore - Work being undertaken by Western Power is set for completion on Friday(28 Feb)

- Ashwell Road, Teigh - Severn Trent Water started work today (Mon) and is due to finish on Wednesday (26 Feb)

- Greetham Road, Greetham - one-day works tomorrow (25 Feb) by RCC

- Melton Road, Langham - one-day works tomorrow (25 Feb) by RCC

- Oakham Road, Manton - RCC starts works on Wednesday (26 Feb) and scheduled for completion on Friday (28 Feb)

- Normanton Park Road, Empingham - works by RCC start on Thursday (27 Feb) and are set to finish on Saturday (29 Feb)

Roadworks

- Church Lane, Greetham - ongoing RCC works are set to end on Wednesday (26 Feb)

- Stamford Road, South Luffenham - BT is due to complete work today (Mon)
