Rutland is to feature in a long-running and popular tv series tomorrow.

Tomorrow's episode of Escape to the country will concern a couple with £500,000 budget to spend in Rutland.

They ask Steve Brown and the team to find them a detached property with a garden big enough for a vegetable patch.

The BBC continued: "Continuing the horticultural theme, Steve visits Barnsdale Gardens to see for himself the legacy left by one of the country's best loved gardeners, the late Geoff Hamilton.

Tourism body Discover Rutland commented: "Be sure to tune into BBC One on Monday to see our beautiful county hit the small screen. We might even see some familiar faces... #Rutland #DiscoverRutland #EscapetotheCountry"

Discover Rutland on Friday also issued a link to England's smallest county also featuring in the programme several years ago.
