Discover Rutland are holding 'Discover Rutland' weekend, inviting residents and visitors to explore 'everything that makes Rutland special.'

Taking place on Saturday 21 and Sunday 22 March, the weekend hopes to be a county-wide celebration bringing together local businesses, pubs, restaurants and attractions.

There will be special offers and activities to enjoy, including an event exploring Oakham Castle, making it the perfect opportunity to discover Rutland, whether that is for your first visit or to discover a something new about England's smallest county.

Throughout the weekend, Grainstore Brewery will be running tours and a food festival will be taking place on Sunday 22 March.

There will also be the opportunity to learn something new with vineyard and winery tours or gin school at Mallard Point and a wedding showcase at Oakham Castle.
