Thursday Night Dinner at The Fox & Hounds

The Fox and Hounds will be serving their £12 Thursday special on Thursday 2 May 2024.

This week's dish will be chilli with rice and tortilla chips.

Quiz Night and Fishy Fridays at The Plough

The Plough in Greetham will be hosting its weekly quiz on Thursday 2 May from 7:30pm. The event costs £1 per person to enter, max 6 person per team.

You can pop in early for a bite to eat - or join the team on Friday instead for their Fishy Friday meal deal.

Bluebell Walk or Ride

Join the 34th Bluebell Walk or Cycle Ride around Rutland Water on Sunday 5 May in aid of four Crohn's & Colitis UK Local Networks.

Why not bring the whole family for a fun day out amongst the bluebells while raising fund and awareness for a great cause? Plenty of activities for friends and families to enjoy, from the mystery treasure hunt to face painting and games.

Tickets start at £10.

Varying course lengths are available to suit everyone:

• 2, 5 and 9 miles walks 
• 17 and 25 mile cycle rides

The event will take place at Rutland Water, 2 Bull Brig Ln, Whitwell, Oakham, LE15 8BL

Star Wars Days at Rumble

On 5 and 6 May 2024, Rumble Rutland are hosting their annual Star Wars Days.

In a galaxy not so far far away, celebrate Star Wars day in full 'force' at award winning Rumble Live Action Gaming. Come and fight against the forces of evil in these special Star Wars themed missions and encounter stormtroopers plus other surprise Star Wars characters. Book soon you must!
