A local pub is getting ready for a busy July with a host of events set to take place across the month.

The Plough in Greetham is a quaint English pub with heaps of heart. A real community hub, the pub hosts daily meal deals, a beat the blues pint offer, bingo, quiz nights and much more.

While it is a popular spot for locals, the pub welcomes visitors from across the county, tourists and dog owners - with a specialist doggy menu on offer every day of the week for patrons' four legged friends too!

From Tuesday to Sunday, make the most of cash prize bingo, pie and a pint night, a BOGOF burger offer, quiz night, live music, Sunday roasts and more:

The team are also screening the football and getting ready to welcome local artists and tribute acts at their weekly live music events, so keep an eye on their Facebook page to keep up to date.

On the lineup for the Saturday live music nights are:

  • 6 July, 8:30pm: Stevens & Knight - songs from the shows and popular hits.
  • 13 July, 8:30pm: Brisbane Roadshow - Nostalgic 60' 70' 80' soul & pop duo.
  • 20 July, 8:30pm: An Evening of Kylie - Carrie Michaels presents an evening of 'everything Kylie'.

Heading into August, Soul Sensations will also be performing at the pub.

All of these music events are free to attend.
