Rutland residents can enjoy the footie and a homemade curry at a local pub this week as England head into the semi-final of the Euros.

A community hub, The Fox & Hounds, hosts weekly meal deals, steak nights, a monthly quiz and live music events. Landlord Rangel, and his dedicated team are devoted to higher-end traditional dining, the Grade II listed building the perfect setting for a cosy meal with friends and family.

The tables for dining are nestled amongst all the quirkiness of the Grade II listed building, low beams and terracotta tiling amongst some of the features to admire.

With an open-plan layout, the team strive to "maintain a cosy atmosphere with interesting traditional artwork and décor."

And really adding to the Great British feel of the pub, the team will be serving up a curry with the football this Wednesday, 10 July.

The team invited the local community to join them: "Let's watch the game together on big screen! We also have Lamb Keema Nahn with Pickles, Rice and Peas for only £12."

Catch the game at 8pm as England face the Netherlands for a spot in the final.

A perfect spot for families, The Fox & Hounds has always been a place where people come together to enjoy good food, drinks, and company.
