Tools stolen from Rutland building site

Officers are investigating a burglary that took place at a building site over the weekend.

A chainsaw and a laser spirit level were stolen from a building site in Main Street, Empingham between the evening of Friday 13 January and the morning of Monday 16 January 2023.

Police are appealing for information.

They have asked residents to get in touch if they noticed anything unusual, saw any individuals attempting to gain access over the weekend, or spotted any unfamiliar faces repeatedly in the area.

Residents can report information by calling Leicestershire Police on 101 quoting reference 23*30258.
