Nub News has caught up with Chris from Chris Bryant Creative Design to find out all about the local design studio and how it can support and boost Stamford and Rutland-based businesses.

Headed up by Chris Bryant, the young business aims to meet the branding and online needs of local shops, organisations and individuals in a tailored and personal way, providing a range of creative design services to help you reach your target audience both online and in person.

"With tailor-made branding and design, your business will develop a clear identity and become a recognisable space within the local community," Chris explained.

Chris said that if this is something your business needs, then he can help, adding: "I am experienced in branding and brand development, developing the creation of strong brand stories and embedding them into a range of mediums. I can cover Graphic Design, Photography, Animation, Motion Graphics, Web Design, Videography, Illustration, 3D amongst other forms of creativity."

As for experience, Chris certainly has it.

He has spent over 12 years working within the creative industry, and has been teaching Creative Media at Stamford College since 2018, retaining a passion for keeping up to date with the latest techniques in the industry to make him the best teacher and designer possible.

Chris said: "I specialise in graphic design and branding tied to visual identity. But through teaching in education I have become well versed in motion graphics and video editing, 3D, web design and animation and so consider myself a multi-discipline creative.

"Since starting my career in education, I have discovered a love for human-centred design processes and applications. As an independent designer, I consider myself multidisciplinary in application, just as I do within education."

Although he teaches full-time, Chris remains incredibly passionate about his business, and is growing his base of loyal customers and the services he offers, including embedding an ethos of sustainability into his work.

He explained: "I can create visual solutions for graphics, motion graphics, web design, photo manipulation and more. I aim to provide effective optical solutions to those I work for. I promote sustainability and ethics through my delivery as an independent designer and in education. I actively collaborate with others to create visual change and to encourage a mindset of positive movements."

  • Social Media and Content Creation
  • Illustration (digital/vector/raster)
  • Photography (image editing and retouching)

  • Brand Guardianship

Chris added: "My design process is transparent throughout the whole project. It starts with a chat, when we'll discuss your requirements, what you want to achieve and what inspires you. After I've got visibility of what you require, I will produce a purchase order detailing the whole project. This is essentially a guide to what order I will work to, what I will explore, and what I will delivery to you.

"This purchase order will be broken down into stages. From the list above you will see that I cover all aspects of creativity, so whatever your requirements it is my goal to meet your needs. After the project has reached fulfilment it doesn't end there, I can continue to provide support to you in brand guardianship, to manage and maintain your brand or visual identity through the course of your journey."
