Uppingham firefighters in Rutland Water challenge

Firefighters from Uppingham station will be walking around Rutland Water Reservoir in full fire kit and breathing apparatus sets tomorrow (Sunday).

The walk will be completed by 3 of its fittest operational firefighters in aid of the Firefighter's Charity.

The walkers are Neil Brommage, Steve Harland and Kev Robb.

The charity aids injured firefighters and their families when the worst should happen.

To date, some £700 had been donated, exceeding their £500 target.
