Join in with a host of events in and around Rutland this weekend, including live music, dance, family fun and the iconic annual Rutland County Show.

Rutland County Show

The Rutland Show returns this weekend, Sunday 4 June.

The 189th iteration of the annual farming, agriculture and community event will include food and drinks, livestock, animal displays, floristry, live music, motorcycle stunts and much more.

The event will take place from 9am until 5pm and tickets cost £12 online, or £14.50 on the door. Under 16s get in for £2. Buy your tickets here. 

Parking is available, but a shuttle bus will also be running throughout the day, as the roads will be busy.

Live Music at The Fox and Hounds

On Friday 2 of June, Knossington's The Fox and Hounds will be launching their brand new terrace with live music and a drinks offer!

Enjoy a pint of Atlantic IPA for only £3 while you listen to Paul Martyn on the saxophone. 

Music starts at 7:30pm, with tables available to book from 5pm.

A Night of Swing

Coming to Victoria Hall, Oakham, Rutland on Saturday 3 June is 'A Night of Swing'.

The Rutland Big Band has teamed up with dance DJ Swing-out Sister to bring you an evening of live music and dance.

The event kicks off at 7:30pm at Victoria Hall, High Street, Oakham, LE15 6AH.

There is a licensed bar on site, as well as access to tea and coffee will be available too
