Radish Restaurant Winter Meal Deal

Radish restaurant at Rutland Garden Village is offering a meal deal until the end of February. This originally started as an offer for the over 65s to help with the cost of living, providing a warm place and a good meal at a reasonable price.

They decided to extend this offer to everyone because, according to them, "there's so many of us having a tough time, with the cost of fuel and food and with the recent cold weather, every little helps."

Their fixed winter menu includes either two courses with tea or Americano for £6.50 or three courses with tea or Americano for £7.50.

Funhouse Comedy Club Night at the Grainstore Brewery

The Grainstore Brewery in Oakham is hosting another series of great comedians.

Comedians performing this week is Emmanuel Sonubi, who featured on Live at the Apollo and Q. He will be followed by Geoff Norcott, winner of BBC Radio and Music Best Comedy Production, featured on Live at the Apollo, The Mash Report and Comedy Bigmouths.

They will be joined by Tom Toal and the evening will be compered by Jon Pearsons.

Creative Gel Printing Workshop at the Bell Centre, Melton

Local artist Kat is leading an immersive 2-hour workshop teaching the art of gel printing. This session is great for beginners and creatives, going through a range of techniques applying natural textures to create a unique piece of art.

On Friday 31st January, The Little Tree Cafe in Melton is hosting a glamorous evening painting your own champagne flute. This event is the perfect way to unwind and get creative, paint your own champaign flute and enjoy a glass of prosecco while you do it.
