Permission has been granted on 11 March 2022 and "the development shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this permission"

The property is liable to pay a Community Infrastructure Levy to Rutland County Council prior to commencement of the development. A purchaser is recommended to seek confirmation of this fee directly from Rutland CC and whether any relief is applicable.

The area?

Ashwell is a quiet village close to Oakham, the historic market town of Rutland. Several excellent primary and secondary schools can be found in Oakham, Uppingham and Stamford. Situated close to the A1, the area is well located for Leicester, Peterborough, Corby, and Kettering. These four centres all have main line train services and the ability of reaching London within the hour.
