The area?

Morcott is a small village of approximately 400, but community minded and attractive, with a host of historic buildings and features. It is in driving distance of Uppingham, Oakham and Rutland Water. It is also within driving distance of the A1 for commuters and travellers, with connections to the lively cities of Leicester and Peterborough.
